Malakoff, Texas by Julie Beth Wileman

Munner's House
11x14
oil on linen canvas

Munner and Pa raised my mother-in-law in this home that was built in the late 1880's in Malakoff.  Uncle Ireanus added on to it when she was 2 years old in 1920.  Cousin Don still lives there and commissioned this painting to give to his daughter.  Four generations!  The huge old pecan tree in front still produces loads of tiny native East Texas pecans every year.
