Golden Moments by Emily Leland
Golden Moments by Emily Leland
I grew up in New Mexico with wide open spaces always surrounding me that seem to
continually draw me to paint spaces and the depth of it. Looking onto the
hillsides surrounding Fredericksburg today I am captured by
the beauty in these moments looking outward.
On this particular occasion, an afternoon sunset without
the reds and oranges but just a brilliant gold. Sometimes you
can rush out there to paint a sunset hoping for burst of color
and it happens in a different way. But isn't that life.
