Lemons and Hydrangeas is a new work today, and one I really enjoyed creating, because I haven't painted lemons in quite a while. I'm building up my inventory in preparation for my biggest art show, the spring gala at the Dallas Arboretum. If you are in the mood for a magnificent tulip display, March is the best time to visit these lovely gardens. The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
