"Winter Tranquility" Rex Miller

My name is Rex Miller and this is my first blog on Artists of Texas. The painting I have selected is a pastel on pastel/sandpaper and it was a fun experience. It's been a while since I tried pastels and the sandpaper made the difference.
This is a 9" x 12" painting from Ruidoso, New Mexico; my "home away from home" where I have been vacationing for over 50 years.
