Lily Love Stargazer is a new painting in the studio. I spent a bit of time at the Dallas Arboretum a few days ago, and even though the wind was chilly coming off of White Rock Lake, the flowers were in bloom! I've shared a few photos on my art blog for you. You may want to put on a hat and a nice warm scarf for this stroll. The really good photographers were out in force with their zoom lenses and fancy umbrellas, before the park filled up, and while the light was perfect. I'm just an amateur, but I've found that by shooting about 600 photos, I can usually take home three or four good ones.
