This small paintings I call Post cards from Pat.  They make great gifts for family and friends.  Today the sun is shinning and I am wishing for Spring to arrive.  We are watching the little flowers starting to peak their greenery above the earth.  It is always exciting to watch as the Earth renews itself.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
