Winter Grasses by Jill Randall
Winter Grasses by Jill Randall
5”x7” Pastel
The landscape in May is not what one would
expect to see in Alaska, especially if winter is still hanging on by two weeks
or more. It has snowed twice in
May. They is beauty in the winter
grasses, the faint blush of trees and bushes ready to leaf, and the green of spruce trees. The longer daylight hours on a sunny day also
liven things up.
