"Pool of Bethseda" 30x30 oil on canvas

I love the way water looks as it is falling down and as it mists. The word for "Bethseda" means, "mercy." I wanted to show how mercy falls on us and then goes outward (rings). As we are given mercy then we, in turn, can give mercy to others.
