Taking a break from the wildlife painting, I did a half dozen of fun, contemporary landscapes.  This particular one was recently juried into an exhibition in Corpus Christi.  I needed to step back from so much realism!  This is one of a series of paintings that will be in a new one-woman solo exhibition "The Natural World" in the Kuchera Gallery at the Art Center of Corpus Christi, Texas for the month of November 2013.
