This is an art piece that I did a couple of years ago.  The background is more of a greenish brown color.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
