I was fortunate to spend some time in Santa Fe during the fall color display. This was inspired from a location I painted at in the heart of town.  There was a small park with distance views of the mountains and the glorious trees. This is available for purchase.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
