The Little White Church
I am so glad I could contribute a professional giclee print to an auction fundraiser for the Historic First Christian Church building in Grapeland, Texas. I donated the first run artist's proof, signed for the occasion. I was surprised with a nice article about me and my paintings and published in a tri-county newspaper, The Messenger. Totally surprised, and appreciative!
The original painting, oil on linen-wrapped board, was painted entirely with a palette knife and was sold soon after completion. The 9x12 inch print of the Historic First Christian Church building also is available online. Twenty-percent of the print sale profits will be donated to the building maintenance fund.
