Contemporary Floral Landscape
This painting is drying at the studio. I have two layers of paint on the panel, then lots of palette knife work. I used impasto to get some texture on the smooth canvas. The photograph may not show, but the clouds are thick, broad strokes of oils with the knife. I will get this framed once it is dry...it needs to sit right now so that the paint won't get smudged up.
