There is an iconic line of crepe myrtle trees on a ridge overlooking peaceful rural hills in the historic town of Montgomery TX. I've been admiring the ever-changing look of this scene for several years but I fear for its existence in the near future because of ongoing, encroaching growth and construction in the area. Texas is beautiful - let's keep it that way y'all!
