I was visiting my friend and neighbor, Amy and discover she had sunflowers growing in her side garden. I quickly borrowed some and came home and went to work.  They were just what I needed for a little inspiration.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
