Basket of Posies is my new floral.  I love the background color and decide to add some complimenting colors to the flowers.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years.
