Meranda at Four 12x9 oil on canvas This painting is part of a new series of new portraits I'm working on. This is my great niece, Meranda surrounded by the crape myrtles in bloom. She is such a delightful child to spend time with. I am lucky she lives close and makes a perfect model.     To purchase or see more http://www.sherijonesart.com Sheri@sherijonesart.com http://www.sheriart.blogspot.com. Thank you for viewing my art.   Anna  20x16 oil on canvas  I started the new year with a challenge to paint more portraits.  It was a natural choice to paint kids in my family. I have been saving reference photos for years.  This is sweet Anna celebrating at family birthday party in 2018. It brought back fond memories of family time at the pool.
