Iceland Poppies II by Sheri Jones 20 x 10 oil on canvas I created this as a commission for a customer that saw a small version in my show in at Tarleton's State University- Dora Lee Langdon Center in Granbury. It is always helpful to paint a study before painting on a large canvas and this one was seemed to paint itself. I painted this one with a palette knife and lots of thick paint.
