My husband found clams and mussels in Georgetown (miracle of miracles) and a friend from Houston brought the lobsters. Along with the corn on the cob, shrimp, red bliss potatoes, artichoke hearts, whole garlic cloves, and onions--all gently cooked in a wine-based broth, this was sheer gustatory magic!
