Garden Bed 7x14 oil on canvas I was thrilled to find the poppies blooming when I visited the master gardens in Granbury. I painted this on location and enjoyed every minute of it.   To purchase or see more http://www.sherijonesart.com Sheri@sherijonesart.com http://www.sheriart.blogspot.com.                                                                    A Path to the River 11x14 oil on linen canvas When I prepared for my demo at Pecan Plantation Art Guild I went out to the location and did several small studies.  I wanted options on what I painted for the group.  This is the first I considered.   Here you can see the photo and small study I worked from.  I loved that the blue bonnets were blooming and scattered about the landscape.  I tried to simplify the design, but decided it was too much for a demo. I love the finished painting. To purchase or see more http://www.sherijonesart.com Sheri@sherijonesart.com http://www.sheriart.blogspot.com. Thank you for viewing my art. Sheri Jones
