Artists Of Texas Contemporary Paintings and Art

This old car, I named 'Fair Weather' because of the light in it.  I put down an under-painting of yellows, blues and reds. Then I drew the car, and tried really hard to keep it all light. It was not easy for me, since I love dark  backgrounds. I wanted to convey a light happy day in a cute old car! It is 11x14 matted.  This is available for $50.00. suzypal@lyntegar.com

Old Rusty 16x20 framed Available This has always been one of my favorite old paintings for some reason! I can't remember where I got the photo, it has been that long ago that I took it! Anytime we go anywhere, we stop for all old vehicles! Ken is great about stopping, backing up, or turning around!

On the Prarie Suzy 'Pal' Powell Available 16x20 I still love Western Art...is probably my favorite.  This is done from seeing the pots at the Cowboy symposium a few years ago  It is gouache and transparent watercolor.  The food cooked in these pots taste so good! There is just something about cooking over a campfire, outside! My Grand dad was a cowboy and was on many cattle drives, and am sure he experience many meals like this!
