This was my third painting done in Plein Air. Painted on location at the Marina on Edisto Island, SC. I added a few things once I got home to San Antonio. A very different type of painting for me, it really pushed me out of my comfort zone. We were asked to take a part or piece of something we saw and paint it.  www.melissaatorresart.com

SAILING CLASS 2"x2" Transparent Watercolor Miniature by Debbie Cannatella Corpus Christi, Tx (sold)  Lately I have developed an interest in miniatures. I'm pretty rusty on these, because my preferred size is about 200% larger and this size is so new to me! But I am fascinated with the way miniatures draw the viewer in. I've only painted a half-dozen of these, but half have sold before I could get them framed. My gallery is waiting for me to get a large enough set completed to be able to hang them all for an opening.
