Blue Kiss Hydrangeas by Nancy Medina 12X12 Oil on Gallery Wrap Canvas Purchase Information Nancy Medina Web Site Blue Kiss is one of two new hydrangea paintings created yesterday in Flower Mound Studio, and is based on the hydrangeas of the Dallas Arboretum. While this study dried, I started work on an 18X18 hydrangea still life with yellow lemons and purple and blue blossoms. I always love that combination. Today I have a student coming for an all-day lesson, so I'll be heading to my favorite flower shop this morning to see what treasures I can find for us to paint this afternoon. I am really hoping to find some blue hydrangeas! Stay tuned tomorrow and I'll share photos of the big day in Flower Mound Studio, starring, of course, AnnieBee.
