"Generations of Praise" by Kyle Wood 4.5" x 6" Oil on Canvas Paper Here is a painting of a country church using mainly warm colors (cadium yellow medium, yellow ochre pale, cadium red medium, burnt sienna) + titanium white. For the shadow and other dark areas, I added a touch of ultramarine blue and small amounts of alizarin crimson. Using these colors, I was able to achieve a sense of warmness and nostalgia to the overall scene. Enjoy! To see more paintings, please visit me at www.kwoodfineart.com .
