I damaged my shoulder a few weeks ago....Holding a brush was actually painful, so I am painting with my left hand. This is challenging, but likely a very good exercise. It forces me to slow down, and frankly, I am pleased with this left handed painting. These folks were enjoying a spring day in Asheville, NC. I hope he shared the snack with his dog. I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it. I have used this method for years. I don't care for the spring of a stretched canvas. I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting. 24"x40" and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.

I haven’t posted here in a long time, partly because my artistic endeavors have taken a turn toward quilting instead of painting.
