I was told that "Texas" blue crabs were harvested in the Gulf of Mexico. Yet, in the seven years I've lived in Texas, I have yet to see (or taste) one. Thus, unless I receive some culinary guidance, I must say that Maryland blue crabs rule (especially with Old Bay seasoning)!
