This was inspired from a trip to Hunter Park on Lake Granbury this morning. We were met with a beautiful sunrise and picture perfect weather. The winds were calm and the temperatures in the low seventies. This was painted with a palette knife and lots of colorful paint.

I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting. 24"x40" and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.

I haven’t posted here in a long time, partly because my artistic endeavors have taken a turn toward quilting instead of painting.
