This lovely model that sat for us for 2 hours was just stunning. While painting her it made me think that she was the Queen for the Day. Everyone that painted her that day did such a great quick painting. She inspired all the artist and had that stately beautiful look with divine hair that makes everyone jealous. I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting. 24"x40" and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.

I haven’t posted here in a long time, partly because my artistic endeavors have taken a turn toward quilting instead of painting. But this quilt started as a painting which I had printed on fabric and then turned it into a quilt. So maybe I can slip it into the blog! If you are interested in seeing more, let me know!
