This is a landscape painting I did in Kaye Franklin's workshop in Granbury. I used my photo for reference from my trip to Yellowstone. Yellowstone is America's first National Park established in 1872. I was fortunate to visit the park a couple of years ago, but we only saw a fraction of the park. I would love to return and spend time painting all it has to offer. It has some incredible landscape and scenery. This painting is available for purchase. $150.00

I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it. I have used this method for years. I don't care for the spring of a stretched canvas. I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting. 24"x40" and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.
