The last of the pansies are growing in the yard so before planting their replacements I decided to dig some up and put them in vases to paint. The wild and wonderful freedom they displayed was like they were dancing in the vase. Oh to behave any way you want and still look beautiful. That is a gift from God. I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it. I have used this method for years. I don't care for the spring of a stretched canvas. I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting. 24"x40" and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.
