This old truck was in Tokio,TX, and it was grown up in weeds and grass. It is gone now, along with the old post office, that I loved so much, the school, church and store. It was a wonderful little country 'town'.
Is so sad when I go through there and see what used to be! I have painted all the buildings there, even though they have all fallen down now. This truck was not supposed to be a night scene, but it had a mind of its own! I had other plans, and it just wasn't working. I have read that if you let it, a painting will tell you what it needs, or wants, and this one for sure did! I love it when this happens. When it changes MY mind!
