Fiesta is a yearly event that happens here in San Antonio in April. It's several days of parades, food, drink, partying, and festivals. I wanted this painting to be what I call "Fiesta-sy." Mr. Chihuahua looks a little annoyed by having to wear the sombrero and bowtie. He'll be fine.
