The Banks of Lake Texoma by Joan Eure Fine Art

"Banks of Lake Texoma"
4x6 inch Oil on Linen Canvas

My husband, sister-in-law and myself had the privilege to house sit last July at Lake Texoma.  We went to the lake many times, and I took a lot of pictures.  This painting is from one of those pictures, and is going to be put in one of the Goodie Bags to be given away at the reception being held on May 17th at the Dutch Art Gallery in Dallas, Texas.  The reception is from 11:00am - 6:00pm.  The judging will be at 1:00pm.  I will be there and hope to see you there also.  My contact information is below.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

#mill,#water,#building,#11x14,#BarbaraHavilandFineArt.com This painting was part of a study.  We had the photo and I painted it then watched the demo. I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years. I don't care for the spring of a stretched canvas.  Thanks for viewing my art ~~Barbara Available  GALLERY INFO Barbara Haviland Fine Art 1579 County Road 1010 Woodville, Texas 75979 409-332-0141 Website
