This still life painting was inspired by the beautiful violet tulips that were in the studio last week after the reception and exhibit for Lynn Rushton. A celebration of Lynn's Master's Thesis brought so many of her friends and family together for a wonderful evening. This floral arrangement was one of several that spoke to me...and so I am dedicating this painting to Lynn finishing her Master's Thesis.....At Last.
