Here in Texas, we have delicious oysters from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. These particular ones were from Matagorda Bay. A squirt of lemon and quick dip into cocktail sauce (heavy on the horseradish) make this a welcome appetizer. Like potato chips, though, you can’t eat just one!
