I was inspired from trips to Italy, France, and even Waxahachie, Texas. Seeing fields, and fields of the bright sunny flowers will stop me in my tracks. I am fortunate to paint on location creating small color notes and studies for larger paintings like this.

I have not posted here often but will be stopping by. Seems like Texas Artist Barbara Haviland has kept this blog strong.
