"Autumn Concerto II" by Niki Gulley Available at Seaside Gallery

"Autumn Concerto II" ©2020 Niki Gulley

16" x 20" textured oil painting

I just loved the twisting turning trunks of this grove of trees. Their organic flow along with the white bark contrasted with the dazzling array of fall colors was just too enticing to pass up. Getting out in the early morning with crisp autumn air, instills a majestic quality to natures beauty.

Autumn Concerto II along with several of my textured contemporary impressionistic oil painting are available through Seaside Gallery in Pismo Beach, CA. To contact them about this painting, please follow the link below.

The Old Mill Study, Barbara Haviland

#mill,#water,#building,#11x14,#BarbaraHavilandFineArt.com This painting was part of a study.  We had the photo and I painted it then watched the demo. I always do that.  I like to change my painting up a bit. It is painted on a hardboard panel that has canvas adhered to it.  I have used this method for years. I don't care for the spring of a stretched canvas.  Thanks for viewing my art ~~Barbara Available  GALLERY INFO Barbara Haviland Fine Art 1579 County Road 1010 Woodville, Texas 75979 409-332-0141 Website

Central Fire Station Lake Charles, La Barbara Haviland

CENTRAL FIRE STATION LAKE CHARLES, LA #CentralFireStation,#HIstoric,#Building,#BarbaraHavilandFineArt.com Central Fire Station  no longer exists in  Lake Charles, La.  I had some old photos that I used to paint this painting.   24"x40"  and it is signed and framed, but you must come pick it up. I was told that the station burned down and they built another.
I haven’t posted here in a long time, partly because my artistic endeavors have taken a turn toward quilting instead of painting.   But this quilt started as a painting which I had printed on fabric and then turned it into a quilt.  So maybe I can slip it into the blog!  If you are interested in seeing more, let me know!
